All artworks, designs, and graphics must be in CMYK format and have a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Packistry is not liable for any colour shifts that occur during RGB to CMYK colour conversions. Packistry is not liable for visuals that are hazy, deformed, or pixilated as a result of artwork provided by the customer.
You are entirely responsible for the content you include in your products, as well as any additional pictures, illustrations, text, or other elements. You agree not to include any content, picture, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material of a third party in your products unless the owners have given you permission.
You accept these terms that your items do not violate the rights of any third party, such as copyright, brand name, right of publicity, or privacy, and will not defame any third party, and that you have all rights to incorporate third-party content into your products. You guarantee that you hold the required authorisation, right, and power to place an order on this site.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and restricting access to your linked account. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely liable for all items ordered or other activities taken using your associated account.
Please be aware that the print material of our products are not food suitable. Any such request should be made in writing as soon as possible. Please let us know if you have any particular food grade requirements for paper material before making your purchase.
Before printing, the customer is responsible for proof and layout approval.
Packistry is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the printing problems caused by any of following:
All sales are permanent due to the unique nature of each order. We'll reprint the order if we find out we made a mistake. There are no refunds or exchanges available.
Any faults, damage, or missing materials identified in the finished goods must be reported to Packistry within three business days after order is dispatched. Any complaints for errors, damage, or lost goods are not lodged within three business days of the delivery date are not covered by Packistry.
Customers must return at least 99 percent of the items within 10 days of the first delivery date in order to get replacement products. Without previous authorisation from Packistry, no returns will be authorised.
Before printing/shipping, Packistry can cancel your purchase. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel it. Orders may be cancelled at any time during the manufacturing process, however cancellation fees will apply. Our Support Team will communicate these cancellation penalties to you.
